Well my vacation is over and now back to reality and back to my goals. Here I make a list of the goals I hope to accomplish in the month of April. I will divide my goals in two one section will be personal and the other my fitness goals.
- Read 3 books
- Keep up with my planner
- Write 3 blog post
- Post on all my social media sites
- Post more videos on my YouTube channel
- Lose 5lbs
- Track food
- Track water consumption : drink 1 gallon
- 30 min or more of activity
- Attend 1 Zumba class at gym
This are my goals for this month and I intend to smash them all.
